Here's what you'll need:
- Brown Gift Bags
- Red Pom Poms
- Red Tissue Paper
- Glue Gun
- Candy Canes
- Googly Eyes
First, glue two googly eyes to the bag.
Next, glue a red pom pom underneath the eyes for Rudolph's nose.
Finally, stuff the bag with the red tissue paper, and then place the candy canes sticking out for ears.
