When will I receive my Bracelet Packs?
You’ll be charged at the time of signing up for the Bracelet Club and your order will ship within 24-48 hours. After your first order, you’ll be billed on the 7th of each month and receive your package around the 15th!
What Bracelet Pack will I receive first?
Your first Bracelet Pack will be the pack that’s featured the month you sign up!
Do I have to sign my life away?
Nope! You can cancel any time before your next billing date (not that you’ll want to)! Just let us know and we’ll handle the rest!
When will my subscription end?
Whenever you end it! We’ll keep sending you a Bracelet Pack each month until you tell us to stop!
How do I choose my bracelet club pack?
The first month you'll receive a Welcome Pack but every month thereafter you can log in to your customer portal and choose between 2 unique bracelet packs! Your selection window will be from the 20th 'til the 3rd of every month (i.e. the selection window for the October Pack will be from September 20th - October 3rd).
What if I want a surprise every month?
Your wish is our command. If you don't make a selection, we will select for you so it will still be a surprise!
What can I redeem Shore Dollars for?
You can redeem Shore Dollars for select products and discounts on future orders!
