Almond Butter Cookies

Can you believe we made these cookies with only five ingredients? Flour is not even included in those five! These easy to make, gluten free, delicious almond butter cookies can be made in 20 minutes or less. Follow along and we will show you how!
What you will need:
-Almond butter (3/4 cup)
-One Large Egg
-Brown Sugar (3/4 cup)
-Vanilla Extract 1/2 teaspoon)
-Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
Step 1) Preheat your oven to 350. In a bowl combine brown sugar, egg, vanilla extract, salt, and whisk together until smooth.
Step 2) Add in 3/4 cup almond butter to your brown sugar-egg mixture.
Step 3) Mix all ingredients together until creamy texture.
Step 4) Scrap the sides of your bowl until your mixture sets in the middle, place a paper towel over the mixture and place in freezer for about 10-15 minutes. This will make it easier to mold dough into cookie shapes. Place parchment paper on a cookie sheet.
Step 5) Using a spoon, make small size flat circles and place them onto your cookie sheet.
Step 6) Using a fork, press gently into the flat cookie surface to make a criss cross design onto your cookie.
Do this step to all of your cookies.
Step 7) Place cookies in the oven for about 15 minutes at 350 degrees or until golden brown.
