Homemade Pumpkin Muffins

What is fall season without baking something pumpkin flavor?! These easy to make Pumpkin muffins are perfect for brisk mornings. You can bake and have ready for breakfast or a snack. Sweet, delicious, with all the flavors of fall. We hope you enjoy!
What you will need:
-Vegetable Oil (1/2 cup)
-Canned Pumpkin (half of a 15 oz can - 7.5 oz)
-Sugar (3/4 cup)
-Sifted Flour (1 cup)
-Baking Powder (1 teaspoon)
-Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon)
-Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
-Ground Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
-2 Large Eggs
-Muffin Tin Pan
-Mixer
Step 1) Preheat your oven to 350. Combine your eggs, sugar, oil, and pumpkin mix into your mixer bowl
Step 2) Mix on medium speed until light and fluffy.
Step 3) Combine in a separate bowl your flour, baking powder, cinnamon, salt and baking soda.
Step 4) Stir all of your dry ingredients together.
Step 5) Slowly add your dry mix into the pumpkin mixture. Mix on low speed until throughly combined and the batter is smooth.
Step 6) Line your muffin tin with cupcake liners.
Step 7) Distribute your pumpkin batter evenly into the muffin tins.
Step 8) Bake your muffins for 30 minutes.
Step 9) When your muffins come out of the oven, let them cool on a cooling rack. Optional: Add powder sugar on top for added sweetness.
