Fall is here and the cooler temperatures, fewer bugs, and colorful scenery make it a great time to gather with your best friends for a fall picnic! A perfect fall picnic comes with great planning, so we put together some tips to make your picnic a success!
Invite your best friend! A picnic is always better with your closest friends. November is a month of opportunity, so take this time to enjoy some quality time with your besties! Dress up in fall attire, show up, and have fun by taking pictures to later reminisce on!
Pack your favorite foods! Although there isn’t a set rule on what you should bring, make sure that your snacks are easy to transport, can be kept out of the fridge for long periods of time, and are of course delicious! Some of our favorite picks are fruits, muffins, cookies and sandwiches. For beverages, you can keep it simple with icy water, lemonade or a bottle of cider!
Finding the perfect picnic spot! Arrive a couple of minutes before your friends do, so that you can explore the park and find the perfect picnic spot. Alternatively, if the weather is unwilling, you can opt for a park pavilion and still enjoy the great weather that fall has to offer!
Have fun! A picnic is never completely a success unless you have fun! Enjoy this time to laugh, play games, and take tons of pictures to share after the fact - don’t forget to tag us, we’d love to see your fall picnic recreations!
