Oven BBQ Foil Packs

Hey PV fans! Today we bring you these easy to prep chicken foil packs! Don't have a grill? NO PROBLEM. Maybe you forgot to buy coal to burn, or have a small place that can't host a BBQ. Don't worry! You can still have the taste of yummy BBQ with the convenience of your oven.
What you will need:
-Boneless chicken breast (amount varies on how many foil packs you are creating)
-Veggies of choice (Good options: asparagus, zucchini, bell peper, tomatoes)
-BBQ sauce
-Foil sheets
-Salt and pepper
-Olive oil
Step 1) Preheat your oven to 400. Cut up your desired veggies
Step 2) Put desired amount of BBQ sauce on your chicken breast pieces, add veggies to your foil pack, and pinch salt and pepper over top.
Step 3) Drizzle a small amount of olive oil on top of your veggies
Step 4) Place another foil piece on top of your chicken and veggies and fold the two sides together creating a seal.
Step 5) Place foil packs on a cookies sheet and bake 400 degrees for 25 minutes, or until done.
Step 6) Take out of the oven, add more BBQ sauce if you desire, and ENJOY!
