Tip 1: Use your spare time to journal! Life's usual commitments may not be there right now, but that means it's time to commit to yourself! Spend a few minutes each day to reflect on what we have to be thankful for.

Tip 2: Take advantage of this at- home time by snuggling up to all of your furry friends. They are always there for us in times of need, and now we have time to return the favor!

Tip 3: Make sure you are still getting a daily dose of Vitamin D! Eat your breakfast in your backyard, or go on a walk! Sunlight is known to increase serotonin, which directly affects your mood and feeling calm and focused.

Tip 4: We can't stress this enough! YOGA! Yoga is known to improve respiration, energy and vitality. 10 minutes of yoga or meditation in the morning can make all the difference on your day!

Tip 5: Be patient with yourself during this time! We're all dealing with completely unchartered territory, so give yourself the time you need to create a new temporary norm.
